So I was examining my diet the other day and I realized something;
my entire diet consists of carbohydrates and starch.
Cinnamon oatmeal cookies and toast for breakfast.
Sauteed potatoes for lunch.
Pasta/potato/bread for dinner.
Repeat.
Fascinating I know.
But I should weigh 8,000 pounds, right?
Well I don’t, so I did some research.
It turns out that those who eat more carbohydrates have lower BMI’s.
Who wouldda thunk?
There’s other stuff in the study about how you should eat fruits and veggies, blahblahblah.
So I’m going to keepĀ indulging.
